Trinity Real Estate Finance, Inc. is a privately held, locally owned, Texas-based mortgage banking firm.  With corporate roots extending back into the mid-1970s in Texas, Trinity has operated as an independent mortgage company since 1996.  Trinity personnel have originated loans in central and southwest Texas for more than thirty years.  

With offices in San Antonio and Austin, Trinity originates and services mortgage loans on all types of income producing real estate.  While we have financed projects from California to Virginia to meet client needs, the majority of our  business is in Texas, with a particular focus on San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, and the Lower Rio Grande Valley.

Our staff includes five full time production professionals who are backed by an exceptional team of analysts and loan closers.  Our servicing staff handles a growing portfolio of loans on behalf of twenty life insurance company and pension fund correspondents.
