New mortgage banking trainees at Trinity begin their careers as analysts.  As a matter of policy, an analyst will spend time with all experienced loan producers at the Company and will work on all product types and in all geographical locations.  The analyst’s job is an intellectually challenging position that includes numbers analysis, the preparation of loan write-ups, site visits, and market research.  An analyst will spend generous amounts of time with experienced producers and will be included in meetings, negotiations, business events, corporate entertaining, and in travel.

An analyst can move into production as experience accumulates and the analyst develops a strong inclination to take on the responsibilities of originating transactions.  More often than not, the transition is gradual.  Principals of the firm take a personal interest in each analyst’s transition.
