Harry F. Schwethelm, Jr. – Principal
A native of Kerrville, Texas and a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Texas Law School, Mr. Schwethelm has spent his entire career at Trinity Real Estate Finance, Inc. and its corporate predecessors.  He is a founding Principal in the firm’s San Antonio office.

S. Kirk Oden – Principal
An El Paso native and a graduate of Rice University, Mr. Oden joined Trinity’s corporate predecessor as an analyst immediately upon college graduation.  He was a founding Principal and is a full time mortgage loan originator in the San Antonio office.

Derek R. Stokes – Principal
A resident of San Antonio since 1987, Mr. Stokes is a graduate of Trinity University with a degree, with honors, in Finance and International Business.  He joined Trinity Real Estate Finance after graduating from college and is a full time mortgage loan originator and Principal in the San Antonio office.

Joan L. Lovejoy – Principal
Mrs. Lovejoy joined the firm in 1994 as a loan closer and office administrator.   A native of Los Angeles, California with over 30 years of business experience, she has been a resident of Texas since 1993.  Mrs.Lovejoy served as a member of the Los Angeles office of Russell Reynolds from 1982 to 1993.  She is a Principal in the firm’s San Antonio office.

Michael A. Sela – Principal
A Houston native, Mr. Sela is a graduate of Trinity University with a degree in Finance.  He joined Trinity Real Estate Finance after graduating from college and is a full time mortgage loan originator and Principal in the firm’s Austin office.

Jeremy T. Womack – Associate
Mr. Womack graduated from Rutgers University, where he earned a degree in Finance and played varsity football.  He joined Trinity Real Estate Finance shortly after graduating from college.  Mr. Womack is originally from Dallas, Texas and serves as a full time mortgage loan originator in the firm’s Austin office.

William W. McCullough – Associate
Mr. McCullough graduated from Rice University and joined Trinity as an associate after two years with Merrill Lynch.  He was born and grew up in San Antonio.

William R. Holshouser –Associate
Mr. Holshouser graduated from Vanderbilt University.  He worked for two years in finance and control at Clear Channel Communications before joining Trinity as an associate.  He is a native of San Antonio.

Matthew T. McIntosh - Associate
Mr. McIntosh, a native of Nashville, joined Trinity Real Estate Finance in 2008 as an analyst in the Austin office.  Mr. McIntosh graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Materials Science.  He was also a member of the varsity lacrosse team.

Lisa P. Hinson - Loan Servicing Manager
Mrs. Hinson joined Trinity Real Estate Finance in 2004 as Loan Servicing Specialist and is now responsible for the day-to-day management of the department.  Mrs. Hinson brings over 17 years of management and business experience to the firm.

Kathleen A. Scrimpsher - Loan Servicing Specialist
Ms. Scrimpsher, a San Antonio native, joined Trinity Real Estate Finance in 2004 as Loan Servicing Specialist.  Ms. Scrimpsher brings over 30 years of business and general accounting experience to the firm.

Catherine A. Reger – Closing Administrator
A native of Austin, Mrs. Reger graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992 and joined the firm in 2007 as a Closing Administrator.  Mrs. Reger handles all aspects of the closing process.

Anne M. Tondre – Loan Servicing Specialist
Mrs. Tondre, a native of Scotland, has called San Antonio home since 1967.  Ms. Tondre joined Trinity Real Estate Finance in 2007, and brings over 30 years of management and business experience to the firm
